Please include your order number (it is in your confirmation email) so we can look it up straight away. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, and you can also check the latest status on our Track Your Order page.

Not sure which blind box series to start with, or when a pre-order is due to release? Tell us the product name and we will point you in the right direction.

🤝 Wholesale & partnerships

Stockists, online shops and collaboration ideas are all welcome. Write to us with your shop name, the region you sell in, and what you would like to carry.

🕑 Reply times & languages

We reply in English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai. Messages that arrive outside our Hong Kong business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 HKT) are usually answered within one business day.
